Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use anything from nfcempire.net or course.nfcempire.net, operated by NFC Empire ("we", "us"). Buying from us means you accept them.

What you are buying

Everything we sell is digital and delivered immediately after payment:

There is nothing physical. We do not ship NFC cards; the course and supplier links teach you how to source them yourself.

Getting access

Supplier links are emailed to you by Lemon Squeezy as soon as payment clears. Course purchases include a licence key; enter it at course.nfcempire.net/unlock to unlock the course on a device. Your key works on a limited number of devices.

Course access is for the lifetime of the product. If we ever discontinue it we will give reasonable notice and a way to keep what you paid for.

What you may and may not do

Your purchase is a personal, non-transferable licence for one person. You may use everything you learn to build and run your own business, without limit — that is the entire point.

The supplier links are the product

The value of a supplier link is that few people have it. Sharing one publicly damages what every other buyer paid for. We may revoke access, without refund, where we find licence keys or supplier links being distributed.

Refunds

The Complete Course and the Complete Empire Bundle carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email nfcempiresupport@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you. You do not have to justify it.

Individual supplier links are non-refundable. A supplier link is delivered in full the moment you buy it, and cannot be returned once seen. This is stated before purchase.

Refunds end your access. Where a refunded purchase included supplier links, you may no longer use them.

What we do not promise

This course teaches a business model. It does not guarantee that you will make money. Any figures used on the site — earnings, margins, timeframes — are examples of what is possible, not what you should expect. Results depend on your effort, your market, your pricing and plenty of things outside anyone's control.

Screenshots and testimonials on the site are from real people and are not typical or guaranteed results.

We are not your accountant or your lawyer. Registering a business, charging tax and following local rules are your responsibility.

Third parties

The course points at outside services and suppliers — Shopify, AutoDS, Alibaba, AliExpress and others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their pricing, quality, delivery, or for them changing or disappearing. A supplier link reflects a supplier we vetted at the time of writing; suppliers can change hands or quality without notice.

Any dealing you have with a supplier is between you and them.

Availability

We aim to keep the course online continuously but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Hosting, maintenance and events outside our control may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses caused by the course being briefly unavailable.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to these products is limited to the amount you paid us for them. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect losses.

Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be waived.

Payment

Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record. They process the payment, issue your invoice, and handle sales tax and VAT. Prices are in US dollars, and your bank may add a conversion fee.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you bought. Material changes will be announced by email to existing customers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there.
